Trying to get out of an old routine is hard to do! I have been good as far as the food. I did exercise today along with the Wii Active. It was a bit chilly outside to go for a walk or a bike ride. I did 20 minutes between dancing and boxing. I like the boxing, it makes me feel tough, and I am trying to work through my soreness. OUCH! I think the kickboxing kicked my butt.
Yesterday I said I would put my measurements up. I know I am big and everybody else does too but if I have a record of inches, then I will be able to keep track of that too! I am excited and still PUMPED UP!

I used a piece of yarn, I will get an actual tape measure that is meant for this kind of measuring. So my measurements might be off a little.
- Bust: 52 1/2 inches
- Chest: 46 inches
- Waist: 57 inches
- Hips: 54 inches
- Thighs: 29 inches
- Calves: 17 inches
- Upper arm: 19.5 inches
- Forearm: 11.5
I want to update this about one time a week. That will include new pictures and new measurments. I still have homework and other things to do.... I can update from my cell phone. If I use a specific recipe I will make a new page with different things that I try. This IS my first blog. If you have any ideas for me, let me know and I will use them.
