The Food

My Goal:  I want to stay away from foods with a lot of fat in them.  I am trying to to pour on the salt, and try to use natural ways of seasoning.

If I find a recipe that I love and think everybody should try it, I will post it and give credit where credit is due.

For example.  Usually for breakfast (when I ate it) I would have 2 bowls of cereal, probably the sugary ones.  Or if I ate hot breakfast I would have like 4-5 eggs, sausage and 2-3 pieces of toast. 

This morning at the start of day 3 I had 2 egg whites with mushrooms, bell pepper, green onions, and part of a tomato.  No SALT, I used PAM so the extra oil calories are not there.... and 3/4 piece of toast.  It looked like a big portion, but I would say that 3/4 of it was veggies.   My goal was to make an omelet, but it ended up more like scrambled eggs mixed with veggies.  It was really good!  I am proud of myself!  I do not cook anything (just ask my mom). Oh and mom, if you are reading this.... YES I CLEANED UP AFTER MYSELF!

Like I said, I am hoping that the small things add up.... and help me lose.
